This creamy masala corn is rich, mildly spicy, and comforting. It’s a perfect fusion of street-style flavors with a creamy twist — ideal for evenings, kids, and quick cravings.
🧺 Ingredients
2 cups boiled sweet corn
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp fresh cream (malai)
Salt to taste
½ tsp red chili flakes
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp chaat masala
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
👩🍳 Method
Heat the pan
Add butter to a pan on low heat and let it melt gently.
Add corn
Add boiled corn and sauté for 1–2 minutes so it absorbs the butter.
Make it creamy
Add fresh cream and mix well on low heat.
Season
Add salt, chili flakes, black pepper, turmeric, and chaat masala. Stir gently.
Finish & serve
Turn off the heat, add lemon juice, garnish with coriander, and serve hot.
