Chilita-Spiced Grilled Corn

Ingredients

  • 2–4 fresh corn on the cob
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1–2 tsp Chilita Spice
  • Lime wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the corn for 10–12 minutes, turning until lightly charred.
  3. Brush with melted butter while hot.
  4. Sprinkle Chilita Spice generously over the corn.
  5. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lime.
