Ingredients
- 1 salmon fillet
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp Chilita Spice
- Lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill pan.
- Rub salmon with olive oil.
- Season both sides with Chilita Spice.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes or until flaky.
- Serve with fresh lemon juice.
