Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Chilita Spice
  • Lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a grill pan.
  2. Rub salmon with olive oil.
  3. Season both sides with Chilita Spice.
  4. Cook for 12–15 minutes or until flaky.
  5. Serve with fresh lemon juice.
